FACILITY REGULATIONS
- Guests are obliged to comply with the provisions of the "Regulations of the Facility", hereinafter referred to as the Regulations, health and safety regulations and fire protection regulations, and in exceptional situations, to follow the recommendations
in the following order: 1. Owner, 2. Manager or 3. Facility Service, hereinafter referred to as the Owner. - We reserve the right to refuse accommodation to persons:
– being visibly under the influence of alcohol or drugs,
– who behave aggressively or in a way generally considered vulgar.
- The owner of the facility may refuse to accept a person who, during a previous stay, grossly violated the Regulations or caused damage to the property or person of: the Owner, his Guests or their Guests; or otherwise disturbed the peace on the premises.
- In case of advance booking, a deposit of up to 30% of the total order amount is required.
In the event of cancellation by the Guest, the deposit will be forfeited 100%. The exception is if someone is found in the same rooms and for the same period for: - a) resigning from the reservation - the deposit will NOT be forfeited,
- b) Owner - 50% of the deposit is forfeited.
The deposit is 100% refunded if the service is not provided due to the Facility's fault.
- If you wish to accommodate organized groups, such as school or work groups, you must submit a written order (contract) in advance, specifying the details of the requested service.
- The overnight stay lasts from 4 p.m. on the day of arrival to 10 a.m. the next day. The exceptions are Sundays and the first day of the New Year, when the day ends at 12:00. Leaving the room after the end of the day, without prior arrangement, will result in being charged for the next day. Whenever possible, we take into account the wishes of our guests regarding changes to the accommodation hours.
- By making a deposit or paying for accommodation, the Guest automatically accepts the provisions of the Regulations.
- The accommodation fee is charged in advance on the day of arrival, as previously agreed. If the Guest wants to extend the stay for additional days, the fee must be paid no later than 8 p.m. on the day preceding the original check-out date.
- At the Owner's request, guests are obliged to provide an identity document in order to record personal data (photo, scan). The owner declares that he does not share this data with third parties.
- Towels are FREE in our facility, but we do not provide them automatically. If someone needs it, just report it.
- All rooms are air-conditioned (cooling/heating) - guests can individually adjust the room temperature at any time of the year. Bathroom radiators are also turned on individually in each room.
- There is hot water circulation in the facility, which operates from 6:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. The exception is hours
from 12 to 16, when its operation is limited due to low demand. - Persons not accommodated in our facility may stay on the premises as guests of our guests only from 10.00 to 20.00.
- Parking of vehicles is allowed in places designated for this purpose. We park partly on the property and partly along the property, on the side of a local road that is not very frequented. Parking is free and unguarded. The owner of the facility is not responsible for vehicles left behind or any property contained in them.
- There is a night silence at the Facility from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. During quiet hours, guests are asked to behave so as not to disturb other people.
- In case of wet weather (rain/snow), guests are asked to leave wet/dirty shoes on specially prepared mats in front of the door of their room.
- The fee specified in the Price List is charged for the pet's stay at the facility. The stay of all animals must be reported to the Owner when booking the room. Guests bringing an animal are obliged to take all safety measures so that the animal does not pose a threat to other people staying on the premises. Full liability for damage caused by an animal is borne by its owner or the person under whose care it remains. ANIMALS ARE ALLOWED TO RUN FREE OUTSIDE THE ROOM!!!
- Any possible faults, breakdowns and comments regarding cleanliness should be reported to the Owner IMMEDIATELY.
- We would like to inform you that we are not responsible for damage or loss of property belonging to our guests or their guests.
- Each guest receives at least one key to the room and the entrance door. Keys are returned upon check-out and must be placed in the mailbox before leaving the property.
- The entrance door and windows in the room should be closed every time, regardless of the season!
- Guests may organize occasional celebrations on the premises only after obtaining the Owner's consent and within the time limits specified in this consent.
- There is peace in all rooms of the facility total smoking ban !!! Failure to comply with the PROHIBITION may result in immediate EVICTION!!! The owner also reserves the right to discontinue providing services to a person who violates the provisions of the Regulations or whose behavior is generally considered indecent or threatening the safety of other guests.
- Due to fire protection and general safety requirements, it is prohibited to use candles, radiators, heaters, irons and other electrical devices that are not permanent equipment of the facility indoors. This does not apply to chargers and power supplies for RTV and computer devices.
- Guests bear full financial responsibility for any damage, destruction or loss of items constituting the Facility's equipment, resulting from their fault or the fault of their Guests. For such damage, they will be charged with the costs of purchase, replacement or repair.
- The owner of the facility is not liable for damage resulting from guests' failure to comply with the Regulations.
- Personal items left by guests may be sent back at their request and at their expense to the indicated address. If such an instruction is not received, these items will be kept in deposit for 7 days and then disposed of.
- Food items left by guests checking out of the facility will be disposed of immediately.
- In the case of Guests who stay at the Facility for at least 14 days, the Owner undertakes to thoroughly clean the room, including changing the bed linen, 7-10 days after check-in, and the Guests are obliged to allow him to do so. In exceptional cases, the Owner and guests agree on a different cleaning date.
- The owner undertakes to empty the garbage cans in the rooms every day
and the Guest is obliged to enable him to do so. The owner also has the right to inspect the room once every 24 hours. - We provide services in accordance with our category. In case of any reservations regarding the quality of services, the Guest is asked to report them no later than 24 hours after check-in; complaints submitted on the day of check-out will not be considered. At the same time, we would like to inform you that we are not responsible for any inconvenience caused by reasons beyond our control, e.g. interruptions in the supply of electricity, water or the Internet.
- The Regulations are made known by posting them on the website www.nocleg.cieszyn.pl and in guest rooms.
